Where should I begin?
If AI is new to you, begin with AI 101, then Claude 101. Continue through the core skills classes in order. After Skills 201, the Office classes can be taken in any order. The later applied workflow classes build on the earlier material.
Where do I take a full class?
The full ClearPath and AI 101 classes are free on this website. Enrollment and delivery for the next classes use Ivory Trident’s LearnWorlds portal. Claude 101 and Prompting 101 have free video previews here.
Can I try a lesson before enrolling?
Yes. Watch the full ClearPath and AI 101 classes and selected Claude 101 and Prompting 101 lessons here without an account. The videos include chapter links, readable transcripts, and practice exercises.
Are the classes available to enroll in now?
ClearPath and AI 101 are ready to watch free here. The other Claude training materials are ready, but their public LearnWorlds listings are still being added. Use Contact & enrollment to ask about access. A direct enrollment link will appear on each course page when it is available.
How long does a class take?
Course estimates include narrated video and the stated practice time. Most classes are about 60–95 minutes, and AI 101 is about 50–65 minutes. Your own pace may differ.
Do I need a paid Claude plan or Microsoft Office?
Requirements depend on the class and on current product access. Some Office, connector, skill, or browser exercises may need an eligible plan, add-in, or administrator permission. Check the course prerequisites and confirm requirements before enrolling.
What comes with the Claude series?
Narrated video parts, hands-on labs, a participant workbook, a one-page takeaway, and fictional practice files. AI 101 and Claude 101 also include a job aid in the source course materials.
How much does training cost?
ClearPath and AI 101 are free. The learning portal currently advertises $25 per paid class and a $200 class bundle. Confirm the included courses, access period, and current price before enrollment. Ask about arrangements for a team.
Do courses provide certification or continuing education credit?
Certificate, continuing education, and accreditation details have not been confirmed. Ask before enrolling if you need a particular credential. We do not promise an exam outcome.
Can I get help, request a refund, or ask about accessibility?
Contact Ivory Trident through the learning portal before enrollment for support arrangements, refund terms, accessibility requirements, and access duration. These details will be published as they are finalized.
